As soon as you dive you follow the rock down to a first depth of 20 m, where you immediately notice the thick presence of white gorgonians.
This dive is suitable for both novice and advanced divers: you proceed along the ridge at moderate depths.
The seabed is pebbly and crowded with various types of gobies; in the shade of small isolated boulders you often find sea anemones of the species Anemonia sulcata.
This shoal lies a few hundred meters from Capo Conca and looks like a tongue of wall that stretches out from the coast.
The dive involves exploring an immense cave whose wide opening lies around 15 m deep.
Ischitella is a rock a few hundred meters from Praiano beach, reachable only by sea, with rocky walls that plunge vertically.
The dive begins with a descent along the west wall, where you admire a dense expanse of posidonia, until you reach the first wall.
This shoal has its top at about nine meters and lies just 300 meters from the coast; the walls drop steeply into the depths.
It is a small sharp, tall and narrow rock rising at the eastern edge of the bay of Ieranto, separated from the coast by a narrow stretch of sea.
