CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

The reservation is confirmed only when the customer sends the credit card data or upon receipt of the bank transfer for the agreed sum

CANCELLATION

  • For cancellations made within 48 hours from departure a penalty equal to the agreed price will be charged.
  • For cancellations In 5 days from departure a penalty equal to 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
  • No penalties will be charged for cancellations made within 5 days of the departure date.
  • In case of bad weather or technical problems of the boat supplied by the company, it reserves the right to undo the excursion offering the possibility to move the tour to another day or to obtain a full refund.
